MINUTES

November 4, 2009

The Johnston Public Library Board of Trustees met for a special meeting November 4, 2009 at 1:30 pm in the Archive Room.  Present were Dennis Schuessler, Taena Fowler, Shirley Weuve, Director Willona Goers and Assistant Director Maurine Myers.

Approve Agenda

ShirleyWeuve moved approval of the agenda.  The motion was seconded by Taena Fowler and unanimously approved.

Budget Proposal for FY2010/11 and 1st Amendment for FY2009/10

Shirley Weuve moved approval of the proposed budget for FY2010/11 and the 1st Amendment for FY09/10.  The motion was seconded by Taena Fowler and unanimously approved.

Adjournment

Motion for adjournment was made by Shirley Weuve, seconded by Taena Fowler, unanimously approved and the meeting adjourned at 2:00 p.m.
